Sadly, despite being plugged into the computer all night, my GoPro battery was dead this morning. I was able to record some sets using my phone but I really missed the wide-angle lens of the GoPro. Today’s workout was chest focus with a bit of legs. A bit of legs being 4 sets of squats. Still feeling pretty good with the squats, but I don’t think I’m going to let volume get over 5 sets per day to keep from putting too much stress on my left leg.
My mass phase seems to going well. Looking at the graph for this week though it looks like the rate of gain may be lower than I want so I may need to notch up my calories a bit next week.
