The second week of this mesocycle is still going well. No problems meeting the first-set reps from last week even with the 2% increased weight on the bar. For some exercises that I hadn’t done in awhile I’ve increased reps. Total sets today were 15 compared to 11 in the first week. I imagine they will go up a similar amount next week barring seeing severe doms on day 5.

Close-grip parallel pulldown: 122 lbs x 14, 12, 10
Normal grip pulldown: 102 lbs x 12, 11
Barbell bent-over row: 97 lbs x 17, 12
Cable facepull (seated): 41 lbs x 25, 22, 18
Incline bench press: 112 lbs x 12, 9
Slant board situps: 15.5 lbs x 21, 16, 11
