Leg day. First set felt a little easier than last week even with the extra weight. Mostly due to getting used to squatting again I think. Hamstrings were still a little sore from the Romanian Deadlifts on Friday, so I rated the cable leg curls at 0, so no increase in volume there. Everything else at +1 so volume will continue to go up.
