I had to get a little creative today as my Marcy Home Gym Cage System didn’t come with an attachment to hold you down when using the overhead pulley for pulldowns. I made my own using a 5 foot long piece of wood. I fit my squat pad over it to protect my legs. By adjusting the safety bars to the right height I was able to place my makeshift attachment on my legs but under the safety bars and it securely kept me in place during the exercise.
